Your Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the entire Identity & Access Management function, working closely with international business units and external implementation partners.

• Development and maintenance of the IAM strategy and governance framework, including policies and SOPs
• Design of authorisation concepts and management of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle in close coordination with HR
• Coordination of new application integration into IG&A solutions and ensuring standardised access models
• Ensuring audit readiness and regular reporting to stakeholders at senior management level

Your Profile

You bring solid experience in the IAM environment and particularly impress with your strong communication skills when engaging with diverse international stakeholders from IT and business.

• Minimum of three years' professional experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally within a regulated corporate environment
• Fluent English is mandatory – this is the daily working and communication language throughout the entire organisation
• Understanding of compliance requirements and standards such as ISO 27001, combined with an affinity for governance topics
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Governance and/or Beyond Trust is advantageous; willingness to travel 10–15%
