On behalf of our client, a regulated financial market infrastructure company based in Leipzig, we are seeking an experienced professional for the area of liquidity and credit risk management. This position may also relate to a successfully filled mandate that has been newly commissioned due to its high level of specialization. Tasks
As a Senior Professional, you will assume a central role in the second line of defense and be responsible for monitoring and further developing liquidity management.
- Conducting liquidity stress analyses and preparing monthly reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitoring treasury limits and contributing to the implementation of the investment policy
- Assessing the creditworthiness of clearing members and counterparties and deriving corresponding limit proposals
- Strategically further developing the risk methodology in close cooperation with Group Treasury
Profile
You have solid experience in a regulated environment – ideally from a bank, savings bank, development bank or another credit institution – and you value a collegial working atmosphere.
- Several years of professional experience in liquidity management, controlling or overall bank management
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as MaRisk, KWG or comparable frameworks
- Strong affinity for numbers combined with a structured, self-reliant working style
- Very good German and English skills for professional communication in an international corporate environment
